    Hi,

My father in law who is a pensioner had a eircom rep called to the door and confused him with the costs etc.He signed the contract on the 16/10/14.
I have contacted the rep today who advised that i need to contact eircom but email addreses are non existant anywhere.
I will pm you his details and hopefully you can stop the winback process as he does not want the serrvice.
I realise that you need to talk to him so i will PM all details.
He may still be under contract with Vodafone.

    Kind Regards,
    Kieran

Is there not a 2-week cooling off period in which you can cancel without penalty? Check the contract he signed and also the T & Cs of the plan he signed up to on the Eircom website.
