If you need to lock your door at night, then there is fear, if there is a threat to be concerned about, Id just kick the person out and have locks ready to go to replace existing, probably have to kick the other person out too.

Certain things like leaving doors/windows open are deal breakers, not to mention the other nutty stuff.
