Three national broadband scheme

    I am absolutely appalled with the 3 broadband. Have been a loyal customer now for approx 5 years paying 20 a month.....now my bill for last month is the guts of €100!!!! They have advised that they sent me a letter on the 1st aug to inform that their service was changing!!! I NEVER GOT THIS LETTER and I have now made several complaints and told them that I am removing myself as a customer and have cancelled my direct debit...I told them I AM NOT PAYING!!, and if they wish they can send me my current bill (for 100) by post and I will happily pay the €20 that I originally signed up for...
    I know 37 of my friends and family never got letters either and have all been issued with high bills...so I am not on my own....I would see threw it if I was the only person that didn't receive a letter!!!!

    Anyone have any advice???
