Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    People do not get in serious trouble in Ireland for not paying rent. Months/Years it doesn't matter. Tenants hold all the power.

    It's one thing forbidding posters from advising this it's another to suggest they will be in 'serious trouble'. OP this is untrue and don't be swayed by this legal but incorrect advice.


    It will make a reference difficult and likely little else.
