Hotel suggestion for treat for mother

myself and my sister took our mother (75 yr) to the Malton in Killarney last year. She loved the hotel and we had a lovely afternoon around Muckross. We'd like to try something different with her this year - does anyone have any suggestions of a location or hotel that would suit this type of break? Thanks
