    Hi,

I registered a limited company in July 2013 with myself as the sole shareholder so I have to fill out one of these 11S forms for the 2013 tax year by Oct 31st.

I remember hearing a while back that it was possible to delay the first year's return by a year. I have searched on the internet but can't find out how to do this and I also can't see any option for this on the 11S form.

Is it possible and if so how can I do it?

    Thanks

The one year extension applies to people you register for a trade.

It does not apply to proprietary directors.

Print a paper form 11 and fill in the employment section or register for ROS.
