Rough cost to fit a kitchen

Just bought a kitchen, all units are preassembled and I'm trying to gauge how much it would roughly cost to get it fitted as well as put down a laminate floor. I've got two quotes which are staggeringly different.
Work involved: fit units along two walls, one is 19ft and the other 7ft. Need a new dishwasher plumbed in in replace of the old one, moving the oven and replacing the hob. Floor area is about 25metres square. Counter top is supplied and fitted by someone else.
    Been quoted 780 and 1200.
Is one just trying to fleece me?
