Company status listed as liquidation on solocheck

    Hi there

    I was recently researching a company who are advertising an accountancy vacancy online. When I looked them up online via solocheck, it lists their status as liquidation. Can anyone tell me if this means they are 100% going through the liquidation process or am I missing something?

    Make sure it's the exact company that's offering the job. I've often come across companies that had variations of their name (same owners) wound up. Usually older divisions etc.

    However, I'd be up front and ask them if it is a different company.
