    unbelievable!

I got a sale agreed apartment ( negative equity ) in the end of April.
After waiting nealy 6 months, the sale nealy finished.

    This things happened!!!

My solicitor ask me the check the apartment before closing!
(because when i do survey, some are broken, like the window, the Estate Agents promised they will fixed all the problems. )

So today, the Estate Agent take me to the apartment.
When the Estate Agent open the door, the door can not fully opened. Bec the floor plumed up, the floor got flodded!
Then, there is a man came out from the inside!!!!!!!
the Estate Agent asked him who is him, he said he is the owner!
the Estate Agent said 'you was, u know the property is sold?'
the man said something (because the door is half open, i didn't heard clearly!)
the Estate Agent said to the man ' i don't want Involved...' and close the door!

    i was totally shocked!
the Estate Agent console me, and said they will fixed it and change the door!

seems like the suryor had done is meaningless!i need to do the suryor again.
This definitely cause delete, who will responsible for the delete?

And is there any possible the man didn't move out?

I presume you have not finalised the purchase yet ? Meaning you still have to hand over the money.

Tell them they have 48 hours to sort it or you will be pulling out and contacting your solicitor.

If you are still closing the sale why shouldn't he be living there? Am I missing something here?
