I second the Sadlers Reserve merlot shiraz - it tastes great after a month. Of the five gallons in the kit I drank 3 initially.. I have another gallon in oak chips which is looking very promising and a final gallon put away in a demijohn for 6 months to see how age improves it..

Hi thanks for getting back to me, where would I purchase the wine kit from is it an internet only or a Bricks & Mortar store?

I've used the homebrew company and homebrew west and found them to be great - they are both online.
