hi i'm looking for the cheapest price for a new unlocked galaxy S5 with 4G capability? I'll be ordering one in the next few weeks. I've looked into loads of different phones (LG G3, OnePlus One etc.) over the last few days but i'm sure this is the best all round phone for what i'm looking for.

anyway cheapest i've found so far is here

    http://www.eglobalcentral.eu/samsung-galaxy-s5-sm-g900-4g-lte-16gb-sim-free-unlocked-black.html

I'd strongly consider getting it from here only thing is it's based in Hong Kong and i could have to pay VAT if stopped by customs so just wondering if anyones seen a better deal (less risky ;)) out there? or if this the best price i'm gonna get :)

Also i noticed the same site has a dual sim 4g model for only €2 more, would i run into problems with this or would it work just the same over here?

Any reason not buying brand new from Adverts? You could pick one for 350 and if locked, can be easily unlocked from 15€, and you have more chances to get European version.

never really thought about that i suppose i'd want it to be factory sealed unopened..would the eglobal version not work the same as a european version?

just noticed its on pixmania.ie for €455 i'd be paying €35 more than eglobal (€417) but at least customs wouldn't charge extra, think i'd prefer white version too

The white was a bit disgusting on the S4. But the S5 has a slightly off white so the phone doesnt get as dirty as quickly as the S4. So I think the white is great. Although the black is a bit better. But the gold is disgusting

I was looking at a phone from eglobal as well. I asked them about VAT etc and got the following

"We are based in Hong Kong and deliver our orders directly from our warehouse located in Hong Kong.

we ship our orders with special logistics arrangement and therefore all you will need to pay is the prices on website, no VAT, import fees nor hidden charges involved for the customer on any order. Any VAT or customs duties incurred will be settle by eGlobaL. The price you see on the website is the final price you pay for the product"

As regards dual sim , its a not brainer for me. Great feature for the same price!
