Form 12

    Hi
So I've been asked to complete a form 12 for a relative who has gross Irish rental income of €11000 for 2013, and that's the easy bit (!)

The have paid the non principal res charges as required.

It turns out they have not completed a form 12 for 2011 & 2012 for similar gross rental income- for these two years:
    - do I have to contact revenue to resolve the issues or can this be done on ros and
    - is there a link to find out the relevant penalties and interest which I assume are coming.

    Thanks

You could file the returns now through ros.
You will be charged a 10% of liability as a late surcharge for 10/11.
Probably avoid penalties and any other interest.
