Does it do what it says on the tin? or is marketing guff!
    Is there ever frost?

Depends on the brand. I had a Hotpoint freezer for a few years and it was always getting clogged with ice, despite a badge on the front declaring it to be frost free. It was a huge job to defrost, involving removing the back panel. I now have a Whirlpool freezer that works perfectly, never a build up of frost or ice.
