Framing a 45"x30" photo - recommend a place around city centre/northside?

I've been quoted circa €220 in one establishment to mount and frame a 45"x30" photo, which I think is rather high. Can anyone recommend a framing specialist in Dublin city centre, or the northside please? Thanks!
