Endowment lump sum

    I received a policy lump sum from an endowment which i have now forwarded a complaint. Should i send the cheque back as well or cash it; would it imply that i am accepting the sum as final?

    You don't have to do anything, just keep it.

    What are you complaining over? The value wasn't what you thought it was?
