No Internet via Wired Connection

So I've just moved my PC to my house in Limerick and unfortunately, there is only wired connection available (ethernet).

I've the ethernet connection connected to the PC on the motherboard and there is no connections available according to the PC. (It's the wired connection symbol with a red x)

Works fine on the MBP but nothing on the PC.

Any idea why? Do I need to get a network interface card?

Open network connections, disable then re-enable the network card see does it connect

I don't have a network card so nothing comes up for Network Connections page

Then you most likely need the driver for the Ethernet adapter, check device manager, bet there's a yellow exclamation mark. The network card I'm referring to is the Ethernet port attached to the board

Where can I find the drivers? Checked the Asus website and there's nothing there. I don't have the discs with me so I'll have to download it on the internet. Could someone point me in the right direction for this please :)

The motherboard I have is ASUS Reflex Z87-K
