hi

I'm wondering does anyone know of any good strength and conditioning or crossfit gyms near carlow. I live 10min outside of carlow on the kilkenny side and looking for something within half an hour 45min max.

preferably a gym that does S&C classes and not just throw you in the deep end.

also I am not currently fit and dont want to walk into a gym that is full of people that are at peak fitness levels and will bot welcome new members that aren't already at a high standard
