Notice period holiday pay

Just wondering if I hand in my notice at the beginning of December, am I entitled to holiday pay for Christmas period as well as bank holidays etc? I have to give one months notice and two weeks at Christmas are automatically taken out of your holiday allowance for the year as we shut down for that period

If you've got two weeks leave left then you should be paid yes.
