UPC Horizon Samsung Box ( Bridge Mode) How???

    How on earth do i put this stupid box into bridge mode? As in samsung horizon box is my provider and then i out via ethernet to my new asus router and let that handle my wireless, routing etc.???

    The Horizon box doesn't support bridge mode. This might help link

    sweet jesus upc are annoying. i presume this is because of all that wifree crap upc are pushing out. i got the same bs answers from upc (we dont support it etc)

    does anyone happen to have a firmware file for this samsung box that i can look through the code? its prob just html'd out like they done on the cisco boxes

    Ask for a separate modem, preferably the Cisco 3925 as it can be bridged from the web gui.

    I think there might be a "deconsolidation" charge for getting a separate modem if you have the Horizon box?
