Hello, I bought a TV from Currys back in 2010, I took out a 5 year coverplan. The problem is the TV standby light keeps flashing red and the screen remain's black but I want to know if I can take the screws out and back off and have a look at it myself or will that ruin my coverplan?
My insurance is with Tech Guys ( I think they've changed their name to Know how )

If it was out of warranty, I'd say go ahead, but why give them any chance of an excuse, you paid for extended warranty, make use of it!
