The website 'brands' I found via Facebook, selling makeup like Mac, urban decay. Online store based in Wexford., I ordered moisture mineralise in nc10 and viva glam lipstick in shade 08, as per my email. I received a broken lipstick and the wrong shade of foundation, which are also both fake! The foundation burns skin when I try to apply. I tried to mail via Facebook to query and also emailed photos but I've now been blocked and have to go through the charge back process with my bank. There is no phone number anywhere online. Has anyone else had issues with this site? Also a heads up not to order from them!

Yes!! I ordered 2 urban decay pallets off them, worth €45 for a birthday present and nothing arrived! I received a confirmation email and a dispatched email and two weeks later still nothing. I'm so angry it's unbelievable. I've been posting to their page (through comments under photos and statuses - I've noticed no one is able to leave a review of the page OR comment on their page except under photos etc) I've gotten NO reply off them as of yet... I'm going to have to get in touch with my bank and see if they can sort something out for me...

sorry - but buying off unauthorised retailers will in most cases end up being a scam.

If its much cheaper than normal retail - its a scam.

If there are no contact details - its a scam

Simply put chargeback asap through your credit / debit card saying the products did not arrive.

Well I know I should have Investigated the sellers a little more thoroughly, but with over 18,000 likes on Facebook and from what I could see, no negative comments I made the mistake to trust them. I've just been in touch with my bank and I'm in the process of hopefully getting my money back! I'll never make the same mistake again!
