Returning to Ireland - Construction Jobs

    Hi everyone,

    I am in Western Australia at the moment but I am considering returning to Ireland in early 2015.

    My partner and I have been working on Construction mining and natural resource projects across Australia.

    We are considering working out of the UK or mainland Europe.

    Has anyone go information on possible careers available or projects commencing?

    I am a health and safety professional with lots of experience in project coordination, my partner is a Carpenter with coded welding qualifications.

    Any information is much appreciated?

    The new EDF nuclear power plant in the UK will begin construction soon. You both should have no problem securing work there. However, a carpenter with coded welding experience??? To work as a coded welder in the nuclear industry ideally you would need a lot of experience in pipework with a metal trades background.
