Hi, I'm looking for a white long sleeve ruffle neck blouse as part of a Mary Poppins costume. Anyone have any idea of any vintage or second hand shops in Dublin where I could find one?? Also need a vintage umbrella (one with a curled handle that you can hang from your arm) Thanks
