I'm usually good at drinking at least two litres of water a day..
However, I've not been at my desk the last few days or at home in the evenings and haven't really been drinking any, apart from a few glasses at night...

Boy oh boy, do I feel it. I feel so so so tired and my skin looks really crappy.

Do any boards notice a crazy noticeable difference when not hydrating enough?!

There's been times when I've felt inexplicably tired and I've realised I was dehydrated. I'd chug back a load of water and I'd feel better.
Also I've noticed that DOMS seems to pass much quicker when I'm hydrated.
....... or it could totally be in my head!

I definitely notice a difference if I don't drink enough water, I train bjj and can lose 2+ kilos of water thru sweat, if I don't drink 2 litres after training I am wrecked with doms the next day, had issues with dry skin awhile back wen only drinking bout 1 litre, now I drink 4+ per day no problems

I generally dont drink enough water but coming up to exams I do and I really notice the difference. People dont believe me but I find drinking water gives me more energy than drinking coffee.

Today (after three days of drinking very little fluids) I feel nearly hungover, could sleep at the desk if I was let!

Horsing the water into me now :)

An ice cold glass of water is the best way to wake you up, cure for the 3 o'clock slump
