If my insurance is 1100 full comprehensive ,and i have an accident in a car and its my fault and there is two people in the other car making a claim how much would i expect my renewal insurance to go up by ? Thanks in advance

Depends on the company you are with. For example, Liberty allow one accident without affecting your No Claims Bonus

but they said that this may effect your no claims bonus ( unless you have bonus protection )

How many years NCB do you have? There is sometimes step back on NCB. You need to check your policy schedule to be sure. You could also do a few online quotes with the claim to get a better idea.
