Boiler not heating water

Hi, I have oil heating system at my house. At the moment, it only heats radiators. Is there any way to understand that boiler can heat water also? There are 3 switches beside immersion heater. I know two of them which are bath/sink and turn on/off. Nothing written on the third one. How can I check/activate my system? Thanks

Hi,
