    Changing the residency rules to abolish the "double irish". Takes effect for new companies from 1/2015. Existing companies have until 12/2020.

    Companies must be resident in Ireland for tax and profit purposes.

    Income tax exempt thresholds up by 50%
    New thresholds for leases 15+ years.
    Extension of a variety of CAT/CGT and other similar reliefs.

    The overall aim to try and get people to farm more of the land.
