I know we can't give medical advice on here but I'm just wondering who should I go see about the above ? A doctor or a physio?

    Thanks

Physio, I did what I thought was a groin strain early last year it turned out to be a type of hernia , was sidelined for close to a year with it. My advice get it checked quickly and dont do anymore on it till you have a professional check it out.

With a hernia surely you'd have wanted the doctor.

yep was sent to a consultant at cappa after seing the sports physio, the physio identified the problem straight away so saved a good bit of time as she comes across similar problems all the time
