    Hi all,

I am living in Dublin at the moment. I have been here for about three months now. I have three cars back home that I wold like to bring to Ireland in the next few months. In the meantime I am looking for some storage place for them. I need somewhere for all three cars. Anywhere in Dublin would be fine, once dry and safe.

If anyone could point me in the direction of somewhere, I would be grateful.

    Many thanks,

    Rubin.

The indoor storage for this company is up by Pudden Hill off the N2, they only have outdoor storage in Dublin.

This placed is based out near Kilcullen

Not many places in Dublin that I could find to be honest, if you do let me know!

Have you looked into VRT? You can only bring one in for free the rest you'll need to pay, that's assuming you qualify for the VRT exemption.

Thank you Cathal, but unfortunately what Fiona says is correct and my cars require a dry storage place.

My cars are, 1966 Mercedes-Benz SL 230 Pagoda and a pair of 1967 Mercedes-Benz SL 250. Also I have some other cars; in Ireland now I have a 1980 Porsche 911 sc and back in Liechtenstein I have a 1960 MGA which is being restored.

Thank you Fiona. Unfortunately Dublin does not have many storage places for cars so I will maybe look at the storage place in Kilcullen. If I do find a place in Dublin I will let you know.

I am aware of this. I have already brought over one car when I moved here a few months ago.

It's a good idea with old threads to check the recent activity of the poster, in this case Rubin hasn't posted for over 6 months so may not be reading threads on boards any more.
