    Great footage from the Marquee in London. Superb band. Should/could have been the best for many many years.

    Unfortunately the lead singer started wearing yellow satin trousers. Dyed his air and spent more time preening himself than singing. Amazing what the promise of getting into Britt Ecklands knickers could do to a man.

    But saying all that, God, could he sing. What a tight brilliant band.

    Love Steve Marriot. Could never understand why anyone likes Rod Stewart's voice. I can't stand it. Sounds like he needs to clear his catarrh the whole time. Gives me the willies. :confused:

    Both were top notch,Rod's early stuff was top notch,as for Steve I think only Steve Winwood comes anywhere close,try listening to Had to cry from the Blind Faith album to see what I mean.
