    As per the thread title I'm thinking of ordering several pieces of furniture from oneliving.ie and was wondering if anyone had used them before and if they are reliable.

    Mick,

    Wondering if you placed your order in the end, and if so, what was your experience. I have placed an order with them and they've taken the money without giving a delivery date. They didn't answer e-mail questions about it. When I called the phone number on their website the people at the other end of the line said they were just an answering service and could only pass on the message by e-mail themselves. Still no answer a week after they took the payment.

    Has anyone else had any dealings with them?

    I ordered from them on 12/10/14. My order was for 4 items of furniture. I received 2 of the items after about 2 weeks and i'm due to get the other 2 this Wednesday after 2 months. Very very poor service in my opinion. Its difficult to get any info from them. Best bet is to email them I think. In fairness the 2 items I've received so far are good value for money but considering the ridiculous delays and lack of contact on their part I will never use them again. They do respond to emails but its impossible to get them on the phone. If you urgently need the items and you don't get an exact delivery date you may want to think about cancelling, I wish I did 4 or 5 weeks ago.
