After work out cool down

    I've never really had a cool down routine and just don't have time to devote to it now. I've never noticed if it's held me back in any way.

    What's your routine if you have one? Do you find you recover better when you cool down?

    > have shake
    > log workout

    ...seems to be going well so far

    I normally do any mobility / rolling / maintenance stuff at a different time because I'm sick of being in the gym at that stage.
