wifi (eFibre) on smartphone interfering with On Demand

    Not sure if this question is suited for here or Satellite or even Android devices...

    I have a very good broadband connection with eFibre. With Sky On Demand I find that when the wifi is switched on in my android Motorola Moto E, the smartphone interfers with On Demand.

    I then have problems moving through the On Demand menus which becomes very slow, selecting On Demand Movies and told no programmes available, etc. Checking the network setting on the Sky box the connection to the router remains 'On' but the On Demand connnection sometimes flickers between 'On' and 'Fail'.

    When I turn off wifi on the phone these problems are resolved.

    Is there any setting on the router, sky box or phone I can change that will let me use wifi on my phone and On Demand at the same time?
