Hi I am 21 years old and I want to learn how to drive (really want: not like wanna be cool, pretty fly, to pick up lassies). I would be able to bring products from shop home, give a lift to my friends, family and loved ones, go for a journey outside the city etc. Problem is I suck a bit at exams and I hear about people passing their tests on fifth time, which is worrying and irritating me. What am I suppose to do in order to pass those exams. Any one experienced, do you have any good advises, or ideas in order to improve the performance and achieve good result ?

That's great that you'd like to Learn to Drive. Don't worry about anyone else right now, okay, just focus on yourself.
Take each step at a time.

~ Firstly, book yourself in for the Theory Test, details here.
I'd recommend buying the book & disc and practicing over and over until you are confident before your test.

~ Secondly, research and find yourself a good, reputable driver-instructor that you can click with and will learn from. This is important, imo, as my first paid instructor annoyed me no end with their behaviour (making personal comments to me in the car about others as we passed various people driving around), just annoying full-stop!
I found a truly lovely instructor that I clicked with and that benefitted me no end, am sure of that. I was also very fortunate in that my Now Late Loving Dad would assist me with my driving every chance he got.

The RSA have posted some great video-clips here that are worth watching also.

As I said though, start with your theory test and take it each step at a time, focusing on yourself, your strengths, your wanting to pass your driving-test and
    Safe n Happy Driving
