Worthwile Ab exercises (six pack)?

    Im looking for some worthwhile ab exercises to build up chest muscle and get a six pack. Im a skinny guy and weigh 70kg. Is there any excercises you would recommend?

    A weightlifting program like starting strength. Building up large chest muscles and six pack abs just looks weird when your arms, legs and shoulders are stick thin. You don't want to be this guy.

    Also, you can have visible abs without any real muscle, you have them right now. Its just a question of dropping your body fat enough.

    Eat less. Walk more. That's as complicated as it gets.

    There are a lot of Abs Exercises to choose,,just google it,, and keep in mind that over exercising doesn't mean faster result,, it means no result at all,, just a pure pain...

    do something that brings your chest towards your knees (or vice versa) and/or somthing that rotates your trunk and/or a isometric hold.

    You need low body fat to show your abs, so your diet is key.

    Planks, ab wheel rollouts, hanging leg raises.
