Maybe change the Graphics card only.

What kind of money are you loking at spending?
Also what is the reason for the upgrade?

Well a new GPU will sort that out, your CPU is perfectly fine.

If it was me I would pick up another 8gig of ram and maybe an R9 270.

Another 8 gig of RAM will do next to nothing for gaming, how much are you looking to spend?

    150-200e

Through Geizhals.de that R9 280 has around 40 quid off €220 and comes in at €179.98, that would handle nearly anything you threw at it

And it's compatible with everything else there?

    Yup its compatable.

Yeah a 280 would give a nice boost over your current card especially if you are playing at 1080p.

1gb graphics memory just doesn't cut it anymore. Even 2gb isn't enough for newer games.

Add an ssd at some stage as well if you don't have one already.

Go with that 280 suggested above, nice upgrade as nothing else needs upgrading IMO.
