opieoils can't access?

    i cant seem to access opieoils on my laptop nor phone, however i work in the north and once on a northern broadband connection i can access it on my phone and laptop, is it ip blocked or something? anyone else having same issue

    DNS issues with whom ever you're using; change to open DNS also in the future I can recommend this website as it works great for questions like that :)
