Would anyone know at what PSA level and Gleason score would prostate cancer have spread....PSA 33.7
    Gleason score 8
    7/12 cores positive
Would anyone have previously dealt with numbers similar to these.
Would these numbers indicate localised, locally advanced or metastasis.
    Thanks

Sorry Hardoneby but you doctor is best placed to give you advice on this rather than random people on the internet who may or may not know what they are talking about. Best of luck
