Employer does not want to pay my tax

    Hi All ,
Please advice me on this , apologies if its not the right Sub.

I work at a restaurant in the Midlands , and started working at a restaurant few months back.
When I started I told my employer that I want to be registered and want to pay tax on my income. He said he can put me on half the number of hours I do , taxable. Allright I said. Since then I have only got 2 payslips (after 4 months of work) because of NERA knocking his doors , I am not even sure if hes paying my tax except of those 2 payslips.
I went to tax office today as I wanted to register my job and the gentleman told me that I am already registered but he could not tell (see) how much tax I have paid working on this job.

Please advice me what can I do ? I had a conversation with him about putting all my hours as taxable and he said its very quiet now but he will do as soon as it start to get busy ,i.e. Christmas time. I dont want to annoy him and loose my job or hours cut down.
is there any way I can make sure hes paying my all working hours on tax ?
    Thanks a bunch,
    Saint.

An employer doesnt file an annual paye return until the following February so doesnt appear anything unusual is going on yet
