    Hi,

I am just looking for recommendations to signing up for best value broadband broadband.

I am looking for one that does NOT require a deposit and unlimited access. I am currently UPC and want to change.

    Thanks

Why do you want to change from UPC? They are probably the fastest and best value for money broadband on the market at the moment.

If you really want to switch away from UPC, then I would look at Eircom or Vodafone. And only if they have VDSL available in your area and only if they can deliver a decent (greater then 50mb/s) speed to you. Note Eircom/Vodafone sell VDSL/eFibre which is "upto" 100mb/s, but that is totally dependent on how far you are from the cabinet.

Vodafone have a good deal of "upto" 100/20mbs Broadband for €35

I wouldn't dream of switching from UPC to ADSL or mobile "broadband", far too slow compared to what you are currently getting.

Note if you are just looking to reduce the cost, just call UPC and tell them it is too expensive and you are thinking of moving to Eircom. They will often offer a discount if you do this.

Ive had too many problems with UPC. Just finishing up contract this month so looking to change..

Someone recommended diginet for internet and dream box for tv. Digi net is free installation and no deposit supposidly.

Im mainly looking for services that dont ask for deposit and installation charge
