Morning Folks

I have a Horstman Q7 Quartz in my apartment (rented). Usually there is plenty of
hot water in the mornings. But recently it stopped making water for the morning and we
are having to get up at 6 to switch on boost for an hour.

I have read threads and user guides that say just turn the dial to the time it is but have had no luck. If i stick a picture up on it could someone advise as to what to turn it to and when for water in the morning?
