Neighbours Alarm

I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do about this.

A neighbour's alarm has been going off continuously (incredibly irritating siren) since 12:25 it's now 1:32.

I have a meeting at 7:30 and feel llike ripping it off the wall!

Will the Gardai be able to silence it? I need ear plugs.

Only new alarms that comply to the 15 minute rule are covered if you make a complaint. I would ask the owner to ask the installer to change the timers of the bells if possible.
