Preliminary Tax for Rental Income

Hi I have up to now submitted the Form 12 for rental income for 2011 and 2012. This year I have to submit a Form 11e for 2013 as I am above the charable person threshold. Do I need to also pay preliminary Tax for 2014 before 31st Oct? Thanks
