8 times more dosage of Amoxil prescribed by GP

    Hi, all

    I am very annoyed with my GP, he prescribe 8 times more dosage of Amoxil for my daughter (1 year and 4 months), this made her body full of rash. He was also very very rude to me when I found the wrong dosage and came back to him, he even said "he does care" and just went home.

    My daughter looks OK now, but I still feel very angry, so may I sue my GP for this medical negligence?

    I assume your first reaction was to visit another medical professional before asking if you can sue on boards to a load of random strangers? Might I suggest you take the same course of action with your legal affairs?
