Your jsa payment should all be going into the post-office.

No they stop jsa as soon as a btea decision is made. If you've already started college sw ask for letter stating you've left before they'll reinstate as you're not available to work. My son has had nothing since 2nd September after being refused, he's waiting for a review and the sw office told him to give up college and they could start paying him again :-/

My other half always received JSA into the post office for a few weeks and then usually one day in Oct, it just wouldn't be there but the payment would arrive in his account 2 days later.

As BTEA isnt controlled form a central location, everyone seems to be at the mercy of their local office.

I went into my local office a couple of weeks ago, and they told me that I had been approved and would get a letter from them soon. I haven't heard anything yet, but I'm still receiving my JSA payment in the post office. I noticed yesterday that the receipt says my next signing day is in July 2015.
