    Hi guys,
I'm a first time poster and really a novice. I want to get my ass in gear and start some proper training.
I've started up with my fitness pal to watch my diet and I'm really finding it great but I want to start adding to it with exercise.
I'm a full time worker and mum so my time is limited in that I can't do much until 8pm when the kids are in bed, my husband works a lot of evenings so I'm limited to working out at home.
I walk as much as I can during my lunch break, for 30 mins but I want to add some weight training to this. Again, something I can do at home.
has anyone any routines I could copy? I'm only 9 stone, 5 foot 7 but could with a lot of toning up!
    thanks😊
