Hey, next summer 2015, me and my boyfriend have decided to go travelling. First of all, we are going to Dubai( we are staying with family) for 2 weeks, then we are going to thailand for a month- we are thinking about staying in phuket Island. 18th June-18th July. Does anyone no if it is really as cheap as it says on the Internet? And what is the weather like? Is it going to be warm at all? Is there many English speaking people over there? If be grateful if ye could help me. Thanks 😊

Plenty of English speaking people there it's east to get around and it's really tourist oriented.
You can stay as cheaply as you like or more expensive.
    What's your budget. ?
What do you plan on doing for a month.relaxing or doin activities regularly? Sightseeing etc etc

I was thinking about €1,500-€2,000 for thailand. Yes we wer thinking about doing activities and sight seeing. We also were wondering about accommodation? Would a hotel for a month be suitable or could you rent an apartment?

For a month you could easily rent a condo but a lot of these will add water and electricity used onto the bill and that can be significant with aircon and lots of showers due to heat.

There's not a lot to do in Phuket for a month, most of the nightlife is centered around Patong and most of that is centered around Bangla road. Phuket is probably the most expensive place in Thailand outside of Bangkok however expense is relative as it depends where you go to eat and drink.

Samui is another island well worth exploring and is more laid back than Phuket. I'd definitely stay at least 5 days in Bangkok as there's loads to do here. Hua Hin is a nice beach resort near Bangkok and the northern capital Chiang Mai is well worth a trip but I'd recommend flying instead of the 10 hour train journey.

If you've more specific questions it would be easier to answer.

I agree with a lot that has been said above. But believe me Phuket is not Thailand its a holiday resort catering for holiday makers. But you have not really stated what you are looking for party, quite or scenery. I have a home and my wife come from Chumphon so I know a bit about that area but its very quite and non comercial. But plan and use Google and research and please stay away from Ko Tao while all that bad stuff is going on about the double murder and seemingly cover up. Thailand is very beautiful but can be dangerous like anywhere else so my advise to anyone is stay away from anywhere there are drugs e.g. Full moon parties as there is lots of crime and corruption with police in these areas. If you have any more questions shout and I will try and help. Stay safe. :)
