I've booked in for my own birthday, so excited!! It's €35 to get your make up done which you can use towards purchasing products. If you just want them to try a few on you to see what suits, they should be able to accommodate you if you just go over and there's someone free. You'd be best off going in early or mid week to get someone to take the time with you.
