Travel Case / system for xbox360

Hi all, I'm looking to make a travel case for my xbox 360, something like whats show in the picture here does anyone have any experience with making something like this - or a link to any guide / tutorial?

I've been putting together a PS3 laptop. It doesn't run on batteries, but is very good for travelling with.

There have been many more 360 laptops built before, could be worth looking into. Plenty of videos on Youtube!

Really the main components are a console, LVDS adapter and an old laptop screen. I got a quote to construct an aluminium case for about €70, but it would need some finishing.
