Switched - Outstanding Credit Balance

    Hi,

    I've recently switched from Electric Ireland to another supplier.

    I received a final bill which included my security deposit credit of 200. 

    I'm now in 180 of credit yet no indication of when or how I'll get paid this back?

    I got a cover letter with the bill saying they are sorry to lose my custom but nothing about this.
